Common Questions

Estimate looks off? Edit its dish, components, calories, or macros. MealLuma applies a complete saved correction first for the same named dish or component next time; choose Forget when you no longer want that memory applied.

No photo, or scan not recognizing your food? Describe the meal in words, use a clear and well-lit photo, log manually, or enter the values printed on a package nutrition label. A typed description uses an exact saved correction when available and otherwise goes to the nutrition model; it does not upload or create a meal photo.

Favorites and trends are based on the meal records you save. Your selected activity level is part of your profile and is used with your other profile details to calculate general tracking references.

Manage or cancel Pro anytime in your Apple ID settings. Restore purchases from the app's settings screen.

To delete your uploaded meal photos, saved meal history and favorites, profile, cached recaps, and account record, use Delete Account in the app. The deletion is immediate and permanent when it succeeds; limited pseudonymous reliability events follow the separate retention period in the Privacy Policy.
